We've been working with this business for a past few months to have a signed built and, as promised, installed last month without any success. The company has dropped the ball while filing for permitting. it was their failure to provide documentation required at the time of application and requested thereafter when the error was noted on the cities review of the application. Now, the company wants us, the customer, to assume responsibility for their misstep but they're the ones that failed to deliver on their promise.
The only resonable resolution to this matter is to resolved the matter with the city permit department asap -- resubmit the application for approval and absorbed the cost since our upfront payment was to cover these expenses -- and install our sign. The balance payment is due upon delievery of the finish product. We have nothing too date and the owner appears to be passing this matter off to his employee oppose to addressing this issue. I am sure this business delivers quality work but I guess these are the bumps in the road another reviewer mentioned.

Used them 5 years ago when we built a few of our locations and we're great. But unfortunately this experience has been really rough. We've been told 4-5 different install dates for some basic banners. a month later nothing and every time it's the same thing "let me check with the installer". They don't call you back or followup, unfortunately you have to stay on them.
And so far they've done nothing to compensate for the delays, and drops in communication. I've asked for the owner or supervisor to call and give me a clear date and all I've heard is crickets.

I made an order over the phone ( lady on the phone is very nice), on Tuesday March 1, asked when it would be delivered, they said that same day. Then waited and on Friday March 4 called to check on my order, they were going to check with their "shipping department" and call me back, didn't call me back. Then I called the next day closed. Called on Monday March 7 said they were going to check, didnt call me back.
Then Got an email saying my shipping info, they had sent it only this morning on March 7, I made the order on the 1st, and now im getting it on the 10th. 10 fucking days.that is with me calling and trying to figure out what the fuck happen. SO TELL ME WHAT WOULD OF BEEN THE CASE IF I HADN'T FUCKING CALLED. Absolutely horrible experience, Thanks to these assholes the job I need it for got cancelled. So if you are reading this don't EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER buy from them.

This website is perfect! I stumbled across by google searching rural carrier signs and whalah everything I was looking for was right there. Bumper signs and door signs and even signs to put on the spare tire on back of my suv. They come in different sizes depending on your preferences. Will be back to purchase strobe lights but may go to autozone for that. Ease of transaction. All made in the great USA. Two thumbs up. Will update after receiving my purchase.
