In the 90s I was working as a Senior Mechanical Designer for an aerospace company in southern California where we designed and manufactured helicopter rescue hoists and cargo winches. Living in Southern California means traveling on freeways and boulevards and this means there are a lot of signs everywhere but the signs that caught my eye were the tri-paneled signs.
We don't need a truss box to keep the drive system aligned. If the top frame where the drive system is located moves around the continuous aluminum rectangle simply moves with it. The patented drive system allows the motor to be up and running at full speed before it starts to rotate the prisms eliminating high starting torque and high in rush current.
Truck no. 3 in Nigeria. Notice the shorter box on back so that people can stand in the back of the truck. The truck is equiped so that you can attach speakers to the back and comes with two wireless mics. So you can talk over the speakers or play music. This truck has two tri-paneled signs mounted back to back with an opening between them of 25.
In 2012 the University of Missouri did a study on hay feeder design and hay waste using our chain feeder as one of the feeders. After the study they liked the feeder enough that we ended up delivering 12 more feeders. Mostly cattle/buffalo feeders but also a couple sheep feeders. The feeders still need to be assembled and the chains installed.
