In 1972, Holiday Dock was established as a manufacturer of quality, lakefront docks and dock accessories. Under the same ownership since 1982, Addison Awning and Holiday Dock have long-standing business traditions and dedicated staff. Our senior sewing technicians have been with Addison Awning since the mid-80's, creating over 40 years of combined experience.
We offer a one year warranty on craftsmanship and a five to eight year warranty on most fabrics. Our awnings are constructed from galvanized steel and aluminum, and all welds are expertly cleaned and painted. The awning covers are fitted to the frame at the shop before installation, are stretched for a perfect fit, and are reinforced at all wear points. I've had a SunSetter awning for over 7 years, and I had a problem of having it retract at random intervals (between 10 minutes to over an hour). Addison Awning never gave up on helping me find the cause and alleviate the problem. Special thanks to Owen who made a few trips to our lakehouse to personally assure that the problem was dealt with. This kind of customer service is why I strongly recommend this business. Well Done!

The purchase of the awning went well. Put 1/3 down. Picked out 2 choices of fabric. The installers were at our house within 3 weeks. They were very professional and did a great job. However, the fabric was not one that we picked out. I thought the installer was going to contact the store about that, but I guess not. 4 days later I called to make the final payment, and the store was not aware of the wrong material being installed.
I was hoping that they would make it right or give us a discount. But I guess not. The only reason I am giving them a 3 rating was because of the wrong fabric being installed. If the right fabric would of been installed, they would of got a 5 star rating. So if you order an awning.make sure the right color choice is going to be installed.

I've used Addison Awning for eight years for everything from purchasing dock, custom dock section fabrication, a custom boat cover and custom lettering for my MC numbers. They have been very accommodating, reasonably priced, and always supportive of the products they sell. Addison Awning installed a retractable Sunesta awning on our back patio. I couldn't be happier with our purchase and the impeccable service we received.
