I had 5 inch high Black Plastic Letters for my address to put on the garage.They said "South" (to go with my numbers that have been on for 5 years already). I AM EXTREMELY HAPPY WITH THE RESULT!! The letters are beautiful! I would recommend to everyone to get the template that goes with them - so you know where to drill the holes for installation. This company picked out a great font for the letters - to match the picture that I sent them of my "145" numbers.

I'm a first time boat owner and needed to get identification numbers on my boat. The documentation from the state had two different numbers on it and I picked the wrong one to have my stickers made with. The next day I got a phone call from the owner that asked if this was the right number and gave me some pointers on what it should be. I felt pretty sheepish but very grateful he was looking out for me. I've never had an online purchase go so well. I seldom had service like that in a brick and mortar establishment. if you are looking for a company to help you with your custom signs/boat lettering or registration numbers, Alphabet Signs is the place to get what you need. I contacted them to order my boat registration numbers because I like that they put them on one strip for easy installation and their pricing was extremely competitive. My first order was lost by the USPS and I really needed to get my numbers for my boat.

So I contacted Alphabet Signs to let them know I never received the first package due to the USPS issue and I wanted to know what the quickest way to re-order was in hopes I would not have to re-enter all my info back in the system. Not only did they offer to re-do the order based on the info they already had from me, they didn't even charge me for it.

The offered to re-do them and resend them to me and when I asked about payment they said not to worry about it. My numbers getting lost had nothing to do with Alphabet Signs but they stepped up and sent them to me for no charge. This is incredible customer service. I know their products are quality based on the other reviews but it is rare today to find customer service like this. I highly recommend Alphabet Signs.
