Never dealt with Troy before last week but he'll be the first one we call moving forward. He spent 30 mins on the phone with me trying to troubleshoot our sign to try to figure out what was wrong with it. All while the company we bought the sign from has been trying to find time to come look at the sign for months now. Troy helped us get it fixed in one afternoon. Great service!
