Terrible customer service. Courtney and lacy are extremely unprofessional. Our company was going through employee changes which caused confusion for both ark Ramos and ourselves. Rather than working with us because we've been working with them for years, Courtney insulted us claiming we've been difficult to work with for years which is not true. For years we were able to call in and get status checks on our orders.
Simply because we recently had employees come and go which caused confusion, Courtney and Lacy started making it difficult for us to get information on urgent orders over the phone. Now we had to email them and wait 24hrs minimum for a response. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU DO NOT TAKE YOUR BUSINESS HERE.
