Staff are clueless as to what they're doing, they order supplies from other companies and resell them to clients for more of an expensive price. They barely make any signs at that location, they always buy signs made somewhere else for way cheaper and resell them. They are a scam and they are crazy, the lady seems to forget every 10 minutes our conversation. The owners use guilt to not pay their clients.

Okay here is my review: I had a tight deadline to get our space ready for my companies' move. I got in contact with Audrey Signs, told them HELP and got an immediate call back from their lead Manager. In three weeks we had a meeting, saw samples, they did a survey. We got a pricing ( Great value). They came the following week to install out graphics. This was not a small project. They really came through for me. Very professional great communication. I would def recommend Audrey Signs.

I love the work they did for us. These guys did our office space a couple of months ago and the quality is amazing. I definitely recommend using them. The Rep who was helping us with our graphics did an awesome job with our logo. I am very happy with their work. Didn't hurt that the installers were handsome also lol!

Horrible experience. Our residential building used them for some signs we needed for hallways. The rep no-showed twice for our initial meeting (yes, this should have been our red flag), but eventually delivered our signs. in the wrong color. She said that was the best they could do and that we should just take them. When we asked to speak with her supervisor, we discovered she owns the company!
So we're stuck with signs in the wrong color and she won't return the samples we gave her. When I went to settle this whole mess and pay with a credit card in person, she yelled at me for not having an appointment. A heck of a way to run a business. Steer clear. p.s. They're not on West 81 St anymore. They're on West 57 St.
