I'm a graphic designer and have worked with Awesome Graphics for years. Their quality is excellent and I can count on them for my high end print jobs. In addition, they are always helpful, friendly and have gone above and beyond in customer service on many occasions.

The name says it all - AWESOME. From our first meeting, through the edits, the entire staff was attentive and helpful. The work is SO professional, and all completed in a timely manner. The results can be seen on the Main Street of West Rutland. The banners Awesome Graphics created honor the local residents who were KIA in out 20th century wars. Thank you so very much.

I only have a review of this place as a very quick, what we call a comp, or "quickly comprehensive" job, back in 2006 I was an inmate for some marijuana charges and the owner of this place was involved with a specific charity and he was nice enough to allow me to do this work for him. Since those marijuana charges I now have my own house and live in a nice part of our beautiful state.

I hope the owner regonizes the WELLSPRING of help he gave someone who really appreciated it. Also the place is super clean and as farasi knew back then its completely family run. If you need any stuff done with people that actually wanted the best (then, and now, I have a reputation with computers that follows me like a ghost, so it's people begging me to work or blaming me for their problems, part of the territory) and Awesome Graphics not only treated me fair as a private IT subcontractor but just in general they are really nicepeopleto do business with. First, I've been using Awesome Graphics since 2011 (or maybe 2010) and they are THE ONLY graphics company I will use for my labels. I found them in a "last ditch effort" search for a short-run label company which wasn't charging an arm and a leg for a custom size and smaller order. I'm sure you've seen companies charge a fee of you want a special size they don't have.

Like they have 2" and 2.5" but if you want 2.25", they add a huge fee. Or they charge a crazy fee for a custom die cut. Not the case here. This place gave me a killer deal on professional quality labels which look just beautiful so I have been hooked ever since. Customer service is outstanding and turnaround time was rather fast and I always get my order fast and perfect on the first time every time.

Awesome Graphics is my go to shop. They have done dozens of jobs for me, from window vinyl to vehicle wraps. Their professionalism and quality of work is ALWAYS outstanding. Strongly recommended!

We had Awesome Graphics do our wedding invitations last fall. The prices were very good and I like to shop local, so I gave them a try instead of going to Staples or some other large company. I also happen to be a graphic designer, who has worked in the field; I understand what it is to be part of small company and I generally like to support that. Biggest mistake EVER.

First of all, they had an issue with their printers, which delayed the printing of our invitations. That might have been okay, except for the fact that they never communicated that to us. They quoted us a specific print date and after that passed, we gave them a call. No response. I emailed them. No response. I called again, "Oh yeah, so-and-so will call you back later." No call back. FINALLY I got someone, who informed me that their printers were down and that the invitations would be a little late.

I guess "a little late" was their way of saying, "You won't get your invitations until three weeks later than we originally quoted you." By the time we got our invitations, it was almost past the "RSVP date" we had written on them (and we still had to address and send them). To make matters worse, when we received them, the quality was definitely sub-par.

Many of the invites were crooked and you could see the cut lines on the edge. The paper stock they were printed on was not what we asked for (and were charged for). The RSVP's were in the form of a postcard and since the stock was weaker than intended, many of our RSVP's returned ripped. And since they were not cut properly, the post office almost did not approve them, because the size was slightly too small.

I did call Awesome Graphics after we received the invitations. Their solution for everything was to come back in and they'd recut the invites, so you couldn't see the lines. They did not offer any type of compensation and they insisted that the paper stock was, in fact, correct. I was completely appalled with our entire experience with them and I will certainly not be using them again. Nor would I recommend that anyone else does so.

Awesome Graphics truly lives up to their name.they are AWESOME. Excellent friendly and professional communication, fair pricing, superior quality products (we had View-thru Window decals installed at Peak Performance Ski Shop in Killington) and expert installation. I highly reccommend them!
