Gabriel and the team at Dream Awnings are fantastic! I called around getting quotes from awning and sign makers for 3 days -- it was hard to get anyone to even give me the time of day for a small job -- then I found Gabriel. He is considerate, takes his time, and makes sure to do a 10/10 job on whatever he works on. I got a great feeling from him right away, and the results double down on that feeling.

The price was the best value for sign + awning I could find anywhere and the result is more than I could have hoped for. Gabriel worked with me to examine multiple lines of sight to the sign to make sure the lettering was clearly visible from the corners near my shop and matched my brand colors very well. We contacted Gabriel to install a custom vestibule for our tiny restaurant and every interaction has been pleasant and professional. As it has settled we had a problem with the door sticking. We reached out and he sent two professional smiling technicians to give us a little adjustment. As folk who customer service we appreciate those who exemplify it. Bravo! Highly recommend.

Dream Awning is very unprofessional and gives horrible customer service. They say they will call back with an appointment but I had to call them back. When I did manage to get someone to give me an appointment they did not show up. Stay away from Dream Awning.

Fantastic service, excellent work, perfect graphics for a black Sunbrella store front awning in NYC. The rendering was done in a day, and awning was removed, and replaced within a week. They beat competitors pricing by 20% and a pleasure to work with. We have referred Dream Awnings to all of our neighborhood fellow business owners!
