Banana Banner Signs

We finally were able to afford our first new van, and I immediately took it to Banana Banners. Brian suggested a beautiful wrap and we went ahead with it. Since then, our sales have nearly doubled. People see our van and call for service. It has REALLY worked out well for us. Banana Banners did a Great job! Many thanks!

I used Banana Banner for my camp promotions for many years (25) when I lived in Alexandria. They were great then, and they are great now. I moved to New Jersey a few years ago, and I continue to use them. They are easy to deal with, prices are fair, and the job is done right without a lot of fanfare. I highly recommend them. Terrific people!

Stopped by in person last week and met with sales rep. Sent email when I got home. Got email asking about appt-never confirmed a day/time that worked for both of us. Got call from Randy a few days later asking where I was as he had me down for an appt. I was out of town. Never got confirm from sales rep regarding appt. no further communication for a week even though I emailed sales rep again to set something up. Got another call today from Randy who was apologizing for missing our appt today. Funny-I never got a call AGAIN regarding the appt. Unorganized, unprofessional, lack of communication with staff and customers.

Have since set up two quote meetings with local sign companies within hours of me contacting them on line. Was disappointed-have seen this store front for years on Duke and was excited to use their services. Very poor customer service and management. READ REVIEWS!

I would not recommend Banana Banner. After checking other places, I decided to go with them because of the great price Carolyn gave me, and her reassurance that everything would turn out fine. After she answered all my questions, I spent a good bit of time coming up with the design that I wanted. After checking with Carolyn to make sure everything was correct, and she understood what I wanted, I submitted the design in writing with a picture.

It took several days for the designer to get back to me. When he did, it was with a totally new design, nothing like I submitted. Carolyn said she hadn't looked at what I had sent in. I was on a deadline, and Carolyn said they were real busy, she'd have to get back to me. She didn't, so I contacted her again. Now she said there was a problem with one of the colors I had selected.

I had to go back to the store to pick out another color. Again, no return call. Finally, when my project was ready to go, and I wanted to pay, she said she couldn't guarantee the colors, didn't know if it would come out right. She said it would be a risk. She totally backed out after I spent over two weeks with her on a simple project. Her saying no problem, no problem throughout the process, turned out to be a big problem for me I went to Signs by Tomorrow. Got my project done in an extremely professional way, by very responsive and pleasant people, in twenty-four hours.

I had the pleasure of working with Carolyn on a recent purchase. She went above and beyond to make things happen. I would highly recommend this business for any sign needs. Price, speed, quality and service went beyond expectations!

Absolutely superb work! The banners were produced in a timely manner and have greatly improved my sales when on location with them. The banners are of high quality and work easily. The graphics are well done and the staff at Banana Banners was efficient and very helpful in understanding my business needs and working to accommodate them in a cost-effective manner. After months of going round and round with Banana Banners, we still haven't had any progress with our project. They are extremely unresponsive and do not reply in a timely manner to emails or phone calls. After speaking for three months, when I spoke to their receptionist she said we weren't even in their system as a client. The mockups we recieved were wrong and when asked to update they came back looking exactly the same. Incredibly disappointed with the customer service and lack of attention they give their customers.

Banana Banner does an outstanding job.no one can match them in terms of price, quality of work, and customer service. They are friendly and knowledgeable. Brian and Kenny have come through in the clutch for me time and time again and I have never been disappointed. No reason to go any place else!

Banana Banner is priced below my regular signage vendors, has faster production time, finds creative solutions, and has a personable team. Kyle Craig and Sally Ellison have both managed my company's business account superbly. I highly recommend reaching out to either of them for a quote. Not all industry sales representatives are equal. These two are top notch!

This company is excellent. The product always looks great, and you can't get better customer service. I've used them a couple years in a row now, and will continue to do so.

Initially, did not have that positive of an experience with them. Their production team is very good, they have some nice and talented people, but I was not satisfied with how much I was charged for the product I was given. Upon learning of my discontent, someone from their main office kindly reached out to me and reimbursed me for a portion of the cost.

I would go and use them again, I think when you're printing on something as big as a car, you need to make sure you communicate very effectively about all aspects of such a big undertaking. I think a break down in communication on both parties was to blame, but in the end, all was good. Still super pricey though.

I wouldnt know their products because i cant get to the point of sale. Customer service is non existent. 2 simple decals and i have to call them twice & email to get a quote? C'mon. Their sales rep seems to be more concerned about lunch than making sales. This is how you treat locals? There is a much more friendlier place on picket st. i will never recommend banana banner to anyone for signs or decals. the opposite in fact.

When I am in a panic for a banner and still need quality work at a good price -- I call these guys. They come through with flying colors everytime. I have ordered about 5 banners in the last year and I like them all. They are super effective in getting people in the door.

These guys and gals do everything from stickers to customized logos on cars. They even did our band logo on our drummer's kick drum head. What I've mostly used them for was retail store signage and trade show banners. Absolutely detail-oriented work. These people truly want to do a good job for you. They're a little more expensive than other signage places, but if you want everything to be 100% perfect, with exact branding according to your style sheets, this is the place.
