Baron currently has more than 50 employees in fabrication, sales, installation and support personnel. Driver Octavio parks huge truck blocking handicap parking spots and I wasnt able to assist my great grandmother through the handicapped ramp. instead I had to park far from the ramp and go around this truck in the rain due to the inegligence of Octavio. when the manager of the establishment asked him to move the truck, he totally ignored management and left the truck for nearly 45 mins. so inconsiderate person! Why does Baron Sign Manufacturing allows this type of behavior? I Need an feedback from owners!

One of the biggest things I do not like to do is give someone and there company a bad review, but Baron signs and Jerry the owner are well deserving of it. We contracted with Baron sign and Jerry the owner to do thousands of dollars worth of work. They took weeks to show up. Jerry collected full payment when the work was so called completed and unfortunately we had issues with the work we just paid for that was so called completed by Baron Signs.
We had to call there office numerous times to only have a EXTREMELY RUDE person field the calls. Finally we got a hold of Jerry the owner to explain they had not fixed the problem that we had just paid them for. Only to be told by Jerry we would need to call someone else to correct what they did not fix and which they charged us for. Very sad and disappointed in you Jerry as well as your company Baron sign.

The prior review is ridiculous.the owner of the company is a very positive and community invested couple. The company provides a quality product, superior customer service, and an overall wonderful experience. I have toured their facility, spoken with their employees, and have experienced the purchase of their products first hand. I would not recommend anyone other than Baron Sign Group for your sign needs.
