Had vinyls made for a custom bike build, expressed priority of my need for them before ordering and was assured I would get them in time. 1 week passed and I called about them, was told they were working on them and it would be today or tomorrow. Several days have passed since then and I still have not received my order or been contacted to explain why.
Poor customer service, doesn't matter how good the vinyls look now or when I receive them. Past my date for completing the project and have them to thank for it. Will not use them again for anything. Took my design elsewhere and was called the same day hours later to pick up my vinyls. Still waiting on my vinyls from them.
