Commercial Plastics manufactures vacuum formed, molded, pan sign faces with raised or embossed letters (sometimes referred to as bubble faces). Signs are made from Acrylic, Acrysteel or Polycarbonate Plastics. We also manufacture extruded aluminum extrusion sign frames and custom steel sign frames with aluminum skin (sometimes referred to as light boxes or sign cans).

Commercial Plastics was founded in 1968 by Clarence Franks. 44 years later, we are still family owned and operated with the third generation involved in the business. It's the employee's that make this a great company. Our employees have been here an average of 12 years. Our current facility was built in 1987 and has expanded to 27,000 sq ft on 7 acres.
Impact Modified Acrylic (IMA) - Acrylic sheet that has a modifier added to the sheet in the manufacturing process of the sheet. It increases the impact resistance of the sheet by 4 to 8 times but it does loose some of the rigidity of the sheet. Corrugated background - A background that raises and lowers on regular intervals.
Before we can begin production on your order we need to know exactly what you are needing. If we are Building the cabinet we will need to know how it mounts including any pole sizes or Brick opening sizes and any colors involved. The COPY AREA of the face can be figured by subtracting the flange size plus one inch from the size of the face all the way around the face. For example, a 36" X 72" face with a 2" flange will have a 30" X 66" copy area.
