This is an update on the Vanessa G review and response by Complete Sign. My review was to alert other to be aware and what to expect from this company. In addition to bad business practices they are very cunning in painting an empathetic side. It has been over a year and still no sign. The problem is they were paid up from by the finance company. The issue with the sign location did not surface until 4 months later when they applied for the permit.

Complete Sign assured us at the Bowl Expo Trade Show that they handled and coordinated all Permitting. The issue regarding the location could have been addressed rather than spending an additional $2K retro fitting the sign to the existing podium to find out that a complete new structure and location was warranted. Buyer Beware!

"super Syd" was, and is, always ready to help. and really helps. Our sign at Trinity UMC is up and running.we've already mace 320.00 charging 1.00 per car for people parking and watching the sign change. some guys were betting on when the temperature would change. Time change was too easy. The sign is worse than texting! We've had twelve wrecks in the road in front of the sign.people around here don't get out much.just kidding, Everything about the sign is great. the community, as well as the church is going to greatly benefit from its presence. Be sure to check out all ratings for this company on Yelp, Google, and BuildZoom before you hire this company. Make an informed decision. Look at all negative reviews and make note of the pattern. 1 star is too high of a rating for this company. 2/8/2022 - Please do your due diligence before hiring this company. This company was paid in full from the finance company Ascentium (which should have only paid them 50% as the initial down payment) to design and install digital signage on our property.

We entered into an agreement with them in July of 2021. It's is now 2/8/2022 and we do not have our signage installed. We have documentation from them confirming payment in full. We have documentation from them confirming the services proposed meets code. But still no sign. Complete Signs would like for us to pay additional costs because the signage they said meets code does not meet code.

This company is a complete joke. STEER CLEAR of Justin, Brian and this entire company. We are preparing for a class action lawsuit. If you had a similar experience please speak up. A private forum will be created soon with additional information and opportunity to be included in the lawsuit.

I have worked here for over 10 years. Great place to work. The employees make you feel like family. The owners have always gone above and beyond to make all situations right. Very professional outfit. I highly recommend talking to one of our well versed and knowledgeable salesman for all your sign needs.

Cannot go wrong if you are looking for an LED sign that is bright and vivid. They were very timely and stuck to the schedule that was given at the beginning. The Project Manager was a joy to work with and was always available to discuss questions about the sign. Being able to have cloud based software, software training for life as well as a 5 year warranty were three factors that led me to use Complete Signs as our preferred sign vendor. Bottom line is that I was not "surprised" during the time I was working with them.

Ditto to the other review on here. They backtrack on their word and will charge you additional after the agreed price. Don't use
