Critical: Professionalism Don't even waste your time. went in there to get a quote and the guys were rude af.

I can't deal it's a place that doesn't answer their phones and does not return messages. Had a nice order that I wasted my time emailing images and couldn't get a simple price.

I do all our custom work with Mike and his team. They do a great job, have a wide assortment of products, and do all the work in-house. I think it's important to support local businesses and he offers fair prices.

I own a martial arts school and have been using Contees for the past year for all of our T - shirts. We've been very happy with the quality and turn around on every single run and have had no mistakes whatsoever. They're customer service has been excellent.

They seem nice over the phone. But when I get there to have my shirt quoted and done. I see first hand on how they treat ppl over the phone. After I told Teresa I wanted 2 prototype shirts made. She told me now we only do big jobs. Then the owner Mike walks in and says yes we can do your job. There's a sign in the back of the office that says all Graphic t-shirt must let 50% deposit.

After I read that Teresa says your 2 shirts will cost 70 dollars. I ask is that in full? She say yes. I point to the sign, she says no that's for big jobs. Lies, Lies, Lies. Paid the 70 dollars. So the next day comes I get an email showing me the artwork before they start the job. I approve. A week goes by no email no phone call. It wasn't until I called them and ask what was the hold up. Teresa gave me a b/s excuse and then said I can pick it up today.

Later on I picked up my shirts. One shirt was fine. The other one was wrong size. When I call to tell them the shirt was wrong she told me nothing can be done. She was very rude and nasty. I don't recommend this company at all.

I just picked up my tees from contees and I love them! My experience with them was excellent. Great customer service and excellent work. I would definitely recommend this company. GREAT JOB! I'm super happy with my purchase

I have used Contees in the past for printed T-Shirts and Embroidered Jackets and I always had a great experience. I recently received an E-Mail about a New web site they had and I went to check it out. I was amazed how easy it was to create a t-shirt in their designer and place an order. I received my order a week later and they looked exactly the way I designed them on the web site and I never left my house what a great time saver! I also see I can design embroidered Hoodies. I will certainly be heading back to the site to do some designing:

Let me just say, I've worked with many screen printers, (in different states) and these guys/gals probably make the cleanest screens I've ever come across! If you're in the biz, then you know what to look for, and this review will only make sense to professionals. Mike is accommodating on top of their screen perfection, and they let you press check, and lay on the ink the way YOU choose.

If you catch something that needs to be changed, they correct it immediately, no questions asked, no excuses. No old, clogged screens that haven't been blown out--great, clean printing! This is a REAL review, and they already have tons of business, so might not want a 5-star Yelp rating. Oops!
