You can't get better than this place. Quality is amazing and price is even better. The people are so friendly and helpful. I was a complete pain in the butt and they helped me immensely. Thank you Bob you're a stand up person and businessman.

This business just refused to provide services to me without explanation. I was speaking with Heather for a few minutes about the door nameplate that I need for my office and a man interrupted us and began talking about financial matters so I assumed this gray-haired man was the owner. He then asked what I wanted and Heather explained it to him and showed him the picture of the door plate at my office on my iPhone so they could see the color scheme I was asking for.

I specifically asked for a clear/plastic or acrylic plate with white or frosted or gray lettering to complement the current colors of name plate at the office. I provided the dimension 2" x 8". I showed Heather a copy of my business card and told her that I just needed my name on this plate to complement the current name plate. She was about to proffer a sign solution.

When we were interrupted. And the owner said I can't make money on you and I don't want to do this job. I asked why he said I don't have to tell you why. I said I'm asking you why, I can pay. He said it's a job I don't want to do. I'm filing a Better Business Bureau complaint as soon as I get to my office. He was rude dismissive and obnoxious. This is unacceptable.
