Dot Duffer is a wonderful lady that I have known for years. But its too bad that she has allowed her person Gennie to embarrass her company by extorting customers. I paid Duffer Sign to do a job in advance, but when it came time to install the job, Gennie had decided they hadn't charged enough and refused to install the sign until they were paid a significant amount of ADDITIONAL money more than the original quote and payment received prior to doing the work. Gennie is obviously not a sign professional, let alone a professional of any standing with any integrity. Strongly recommend looking elsewhere for sign work because Gennie will take advantage of a situation especially when you're 1,000 miles away. Nothing but pure shame.
