I had some issues with being charged and not receiving a design logo for well over a month. Tim reached out to me after leaving a negative review and apologized for dropping the ball. He will be issuing me a refund since I've now taken my business else where. Id give him a try again in the future but would want to be clear on the expectations. Sorry it didn't work out, best of luck in the future.
