A months-long project with ELMARK SIGN COMPANY recently culminated with the installation of our spectacular monument and wall signs, and we are very pleased with the results. The signs are attractive and the unique design blends contemporary functionality with old-world style befitting our 167-year-old church building. We hired Elmark to design and install a sign for us and had a great experience. Based on what I know of the company, ours was a very small job for them but they treated us like it was a big deal for them! Elmark arrived at our location on time, they perfectly centered aligned and installed the sign, and cleaned up prior to leaving. For a small job they made us feel like a million bucks! I personally know many of Elmark's satisfied clients and have no reservation recommending them.

Extremely disappointing experience. I brought a small project in and was waited on by Elmark's president. He agreed to the project and insisted that I return to approve a mockup. I had to wait several weeks and despite making the extra trip in to approve the mockup (and paying in full prior to seeing the final), the end product had an intrusive screw in the middle of the sign that blocked part of the lettering, which was of course not part of the mockup that I had approved and paid for.
When I expressed my concern, the president acted surprised, never offered an apology, and even went as far as to give me a litany of excuses, i.e.: that they were understaffed and that they were busy working on a large project for a different customer. When I asked that the sign be redone, the president told me it would have to be at an additional cost and could not give an estimated time of when it would be available.
Bottom line, I went to another sign company (that was also in the middle of a large project for another customer), and they did my small project in three days and it was perfect. If Elmark didn't have the time or ability to do it, they shouldn't have agreed to it, and they definitely shouldn't have charged me money for such unacceptable work.

I brought a new van from Nissan and received a lettering incentive. This company is contracted by Nissan to do the lettering. They did a poor job. The logo was not centered and it was difficult to read. It was also cut out like a child had done it. I had never seen lettering on any other vehicle done like that. I told them I was dissatisfied and they agreed to re do it.
The second time was worse than the first time. They said my van would be back to me in 2 days, it took a week. Not having our company van for a week was really rough on us. This time the vinyl is bubbled all over the vehicle. Huge bubbles that I can't fix are all over the van. Oh and what really upset me was they tried to charge me $700 the second time after wasting my time and doing a poor job the first time. I took pictures and emailed the picture to them and Nissan because now I need to have it fixed. DO NOT GO HERE!
