Don't use these people if you have a small job. Took my Coors beer sign in to get fixed. After agreeing to a fair estimate they said it would be ready in 3 days. Called after 5 days and was told it would be ready in a week. No problem. They called me and said it would take longer because they had to order parts. No problem. I called when the staid it would be ready. Got another date.
No problem. Checked status again and was to that the repair person in the back hadn't gotten to it. Asked when it would be ready. I'm in no hurry, just give me a date. He said it was probably a good idea if I just came and picked up my sign. This was over a 3 week period.

Very professional sign company! They provided our school with many technologically-advanced options for a new sign and, once we made our decision, they got our sign installed very quickly! Professional and knowledgeable sign company. They were quick to visit my business and provide me with options for a new sign. The whole process was seamless and the salesman was readily available to answer all of my questions. I've dealt with other sign companies in the Valley and they do not compare.

Originally relationship fine, however submitted balance of installation invoice under another of their entities name causing Lender confusion and delay. Also didn't provide training on use of electronic message board as required by contract. Now refuses to service sign and blames my company for delay in payment and accepts no responsibility for incorrect invoice. Won't return phone call. Look elsewhere.
