Agree with tuan v. Man in store was very rude. We were referred there for a specific sign. When we asked him about it, he said very rudely "I don't have that sign, I've never had that sign"and he talked to us like we were stupid. Needless to say, we are on the hunt for another sign making company.and we will NEVER go back to Honolulu sign company!

Called this place on Monday, 4/23rd to get some pricing for a sign that I needed made. Girl on the phone tells me to email my request to her boss (Terry) with my request. No problem. By Thursday, still no reply from Terry so I call the shop again to speak with him. After explaining to him what I needed to be done he tells me needs the dimensions of the sign before he can give me an price quote.
I email him the dimensions on Friday, 4/25. Til today, Tuesday, 4/29, I'm still awaiting a reply from Terry. Yo, if you don't want my business, just say so, but don't be a jackass and lead me around to wonder if you actually are working on my estimate.

I just picked up my 2 car magnets and back window decal and couldn't be any happier with what they delivered. They are so professional, timely and corteous. They even walked me through the design process and kept me up to date every step of the way. Jasmine B. was excellent with her customer service and being on top of every detail. 5 stars all of the way!
