Success or failure is often determined on the drawing board. Insignia will make sure that every necessary step is taken and that the plan takes into consideration everything unique to your project. Insignia can help you write your sign criteria to ensure that every sign on your property meets your requirements.
Insignia began in 1992 as a subsidiary of a prominent full service sign company called Third Floor North Company. The subsidiary grew quickly under Joseph Westbrook, a 3 year TFN employee. During these years the focus was on sandblasted cedar and redwood signs, hence the name Blasted Wood Products.
Dimensional letters, often made of wood, acrylic, aluminum, metal and foam, provide visibility and increase the marketability of your store or office building. 3D letter signs both inform the client and brand the building.
Custom neon signs and illuminated LED signage are visually appealing and draw a customer's eye to your business. Insignia Signs Company has many years of experience in using light to increase the marketability of a business. We use a large variety of techniques, including: neon signs, front-lit LED signs, reverse-lit channel letters, electronic message boards, illuminated architectural signs, and much more.

I had to call the Anaheim Police Department twice for Insignia starting work before 7AM in my apartment complex. I live on the 4th floor of the Promenade Lofts in Anaheim. Insignia came in with a crane at 4AM in the morning to start work. The noise from the crane was bad enough, but the sound of all the metal banging against each other and the people walking on the roof was worse.

They were warned not to start until after 7AM. The next day they showed up again, at 4AM in the morning and was again back on the roof doing work. Doing poor work is a problem, but with added effort and constructive criticism, can create a successful business. Knowingly breaking the law and not having respect and consideration for the people around you is a major problem for Insignia and whomever they contract their business out to. The people you hire are a reflection of you and your business dealings.

Buyer beware! Their last positive review was a long time ago. I have two stores and had them go out and service both store signs. $275 or something per store to go out- I didn't balk or ask for discount. That's fine. One store had a bad cable or something so they charged and extra $200. The other store sign was on a timer so my staff said it was off!

When I asked for a break in price because they really didn't do anything except change the timer hours and I will no doubt need services again (Female small business owner here). I understand a trip fee and gas and whatever but they discount me. $25 bucks? Not only that, they proceeded to incessantly call and email me to see when they would receive payment?!

I was going to charge it but decided to give it to our book keeper to cut check. I then receive a subsequent email asking if the check was going to tomorrow or the next day. Whoa, you have a signed agreement- I am going to pay you! Hurting for money, are we? Anyway, this company definitely does not deserve your business as they know absolutely nothing about keeping customers happy so that they will stay customers. Found them on signs.com or something and wish I would've yelped them first. You have been warned!

They came out to bid on a job and after a month of follow ups never could get a quote out of them. If they didn't want to do the job could have said so but all I got was excuse's why the quote wasn't done.

Our experience with Insignia has been very good. They did a great job in the design of our sign. Instillation also went well. We had a small problem with a little bowing on a part at the bottom but they came out and fixed it without a problem

My experience thus far with this company has been frustrating to say the least. I did like the salesman who came to see me the first time and sold me on the products. He is the reason I gave the company a second chance to redeem themselves. However, after taking my order, the sales rep left and no one held oversight over his work, meaning my sign never made it to production.

A full two weeks later, I sent an email to the rep only to find he had left the company. A new rep told me that she would update me regularly, but I didn't hear from her until I emailed her about a week later. I mean, c'mon. How hard is it to send me an email and say, "we're on schedule"? When I have to initiate all the communication between your reps and myself, that makes for bad business in my eyes.

Like I said, I've given them a chance because I actually like their products. I only wish their customer service actually existed. Ghost town. hello? Anyone home?. Geez.
