Horrible service, I called them and told them I don't have the receipt, they searched by name and phone number and told me they found the warranty information, no need for a receipt! So they scheduled a repair for me and told me to call later to confirm. I called 2 hours later, the automated system said "You already have a repair scheduled". Then I got transferred to multiple agents to find out about the day and time, they finally told me "Oh the previous agent did a mistake, she couldn't schedule a service for you, we need your receipt!" It was obvious that they have sold a lemon and didn't want to pay for the repair.

The Insignia brand and Best Buy along with Geek Squads service is horrible. I purchased 2 55in insignia fire tv's and I couldn't be more displeased. It has been just over 2 years since the purchase and one of the tv's has went out twice already. During the lockdown it took months for somebody to come repair the tv and now that we are just outside of our warranty the tv is out again. Insignia was rude to me on the phone and they say there is nothing they can do. Geek Squad couldn't even provide the correct information over the phone and apparently their warranty company AIG made changes that weren't even relayed back to Best Buy. Biggest headache ever dealing with Best Buy. I will surely never purchase an Insignia product again.

After contacting their customer service reps multiple times over the last month we've been hung up on by them repeatedly and every time we get to speak to someone they just say they'll call you back or we're transferring you and then leave you on hold until it times out and hangs up. Eventually they told me since I deliberately didn't contact them sooner there's nothing I could do since it was past the warranty.

I guess you're supposed to assume that after two months it's the tv slowly dying and not a streaming service issue. It died fully just past the warranty expiration and they refuse to do anything even though we contacted them prior. Steer well clear of this company and their products.

I didn't get the hep I needed. Returned and exchanged the Insignia 55 inch Amazon Prime edition television for a different manufacturer. Great service at Best Buy and help from management!

Horrible products and customer service. Company does not stand by their products and the representative I spoke to obviously did not have any technical knowledge as she continued to refer to dvds as cds. When I informed them my DVD player was skipping no matter how many different dvds I tried, which all work fine in my other player, their suggestion was to make sure my dvds were clean and free of scratches.

Finally spoke to a manager who said it was clear I attempted troubleshooting on my own before calling and there was nothing they could do. Her suggestion was to take my player to a local technician for repair. I will never again buy insignia products and suggest all my friends and family stay clear of them as well. Who wants a product that will only last a year at best?

Won an Insignia Roku TV at Company Picnic only to have it end up being faulty, and the company wants to charge a minimum of a 99$ diagnostic fee. So much for winning what we thought was going to be a nice upgrade to our livingroom. Now, I get to pay 20$ for the dump to take it.

Had an insignia brand tv for 5-6 years it worked great up until last night. I tunrned it on today and had nothing but a black screen and sound. I called and was told sorry nothing we can do. On a side note I have a RCA tv I've had for over 25 years works great! So insignia products last about 5-6 years you get what you pay for. Never again!

Customer service is unreachable when needed. Remote started acting up in a manner which made the tv unusable. Customer service also expected payment before an actual technician responded. I would have been OK and understanding of a message saying a tech will get back to me in a week. I'm not OK with calling support and hearing an empty line. I guess it's cheap for a reason.

I just purchased my son's 32 Insignia tv on 10/24/2017 for his birthday and there was an issue with the picture, so I called customer service for assistance. I talked to a VERY RUDE rep named Roberto and he continued to cut me off after very 2 words. I was very frustrated and asked him to speak to a supervisor in which he refused to do. He told me I was giving him incorrect information and he was not going transfer me to a supervisor.

Eventually after going back and forth with him, he placed me on hold to get a supervisor and then he hung up in my face! I haven't received customer service this bad in a very long time and I thought Best Buy would have provided better customer service than this for their staple product. This will be my LAST Best Buy purchase. I take customer service very serious especially with a company I'm going to give my hard earned money to.

Been a customer for 15 years. Purchased 55 inch TV and the screens made a buzzing popping noise TV turned off and when I turn them on screens have huge black mark and colored lines going across my screen. They would not replace either TV. Horrible customer service, they'd rather save a couple hundred dollars than to keep a customer and replace their crappy TV. Would not recommend them to anyone.
