Our company tried working with Leon Signs, specifically Chris Cambra, for a couple of signage projects. Not only were the initial design renderings horrible and completely missed the mark (wrong color, wrong spelling of the company name), the communication and execution of their employees was terrible as well. For the first piece of our project, we were going to have an old sign removed from our new building.
We were told on a Monday that the old sign could be removed within 24 hours of our initial request and two days later when we inquired about the sign not being removed yet, we were told they forgot to create the quote for the removal and hadn't even been worked it up. We then got the quote for removal on Wednesday and were told the old sign would be removed no later than Friday. Friday morning we got an email stating it would be sometime the following week before the removal would be completed.
At this point we emailed Chris Cambra to inform him to cancel the order and design renderings since they could not seem to execute on signage removal. The email response stated "no problem." This response was very nonchalant and let us know that the company did not care about losing business or taking care of customers.

Leon's signs made a dream come true. After 8 years of being in Business I had an old dilapidated sign. It was now time to spend some real money and get a real sign. From the beginning it was obvious that Leon's had a process. They took a lot of notes and asked a lot of questions. I really did not know what I wanted, but I knew I wanted to uplift my look with some new branding.
I was changing my name from Old School Pizza and Suds (I am across the street from UTA and these kids didn't know what Suds were often saying subs) to Old School Pizza Tavern. They took my vision and made it art. When Leon's first said their design team came up with an 8 foot tall beer can I was floored. It was the best idea I had ever heard. They put a lot of thought and imagination into the deal.
They kept me updated with the process of the sign giving me comfort that the large check I used to put down was in good hands. They communicated with me through the whole process from getting the city to approve to when the delivery would happen. The team, led by Greg, showed up and were very professional. They took great care in everything they did to make sure I went from old boards to a magnificent sign.
Thank you Dan and Leon's signs for making this a great process, a great experience, and a great sign that myself, employees, and customers are proud to have representing our brand in Arlington, Texas.
