Horrible production and service. Needed a simple yet custom design vinyl graphic for the sides of our boat. They said they would take our rough concept and refine/detail it for production. The proof they sent was horrible and the color was way off. They took my sketch and just magnified instead of re-creating it the way they promised. We took it elsewhere, who did it correctly, and were very pleased

Worst customer service ever. Failed to meet delivery expectations repeatedly. Janis cursed and swore at me over the phone when I called to complain. I think Boston Whaler should take a hard look at this being the only authorized vender to provide discontinued decals.
