Mr. Sign

We used Mr. Sign in our business to construct a vestibule to diminish the draft affecting our lobby. They did a great job. But after about 2 years, one of the plastic windows on the "door" was slashed. We later learned that this was caused by the handle bar on the "door" entrance being placed too low. Because of this people were not reaching for the handle bar, but rather pushing the door open through the window, resulting in the tear.

We decided we didn't want to spend the money to have MR. SIGN come & pick up & then redeliver the piece, so we had our Maintenance man deliver the door to them. They were supposed to replace the torn panel, & install a new handle bar in a higher position so that this would not reoccur. When we were called that the work was finished, we sent our Maintenance man to pick up the door with a check for the balance of the bill.

Much to our shock, the bar WAS NOT REPLACED! This occurred the first week in May. We have been calling, texting & emailing ever since, to no avail! No one returns a call, text or email. We are now in August, & still NOTHING. We dealt in good faith with this company, the check was cashed MONTHS ago. This is not a company to do business with. They do not stand by their merchandise, & even worse have ZERO regard for customer satisfaction. STAY AWAY!

Don't ever use them, Efrim is something else. poor quality work, never returns phone calls and just let's say my money down the drain. stay far away from this company

I had a great experience with Mr. Sign. They offered a quote quickly and even gave me a rendering to make sure I knew what the sign would look like. They sent someone to the site to take measurements and then adjusted the design. The resulting work is beautiful - just what I wanted. The only downside is that sometimes it was hard to get in touch with them, and the sign production and installation scheduling took longer than I expected and longer than I was told.

Extremely happy with their A class professionalism. Their graphic designer is a pro! Her work is extraordinaire and she is very efficient. Their sign is now the center piece of Crown Heights!

Let me preface this with saying I use Yelp as a last resort. As a business owner, I'd never want to publicly shame anyone's business. However, after many failed attempts at communicating with this place, I feel it's my duty to share my experience here to prevent this from happening to anyone else. Mr Sign has the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

The person installing my sign showed up (hours late) without the right screws and was going to leave and reschedule. I had to send my assistant out to get him the right tools. He finally hung my sign and I came back to my office a few days later and it was broken. They tried to remove all blame from themselves, implying that I broke it. I had not even been in the space since installation.

They came to take the piece back over a month ago to repair it, and were extremely rude any time I called to check in (they could not give me an ETA on when it would be done). They then closed for the Jewish holidays without telling me. I found out because I got an Out of Office reply from the office manager. My sign is still broken and I have received no updates or communication. It's been over a month. I do NOT recommend this place.

I've never experienced such poor customer service. As soon as they got my deposit they stopped communicating with me and made no plans to complete my project other than "I'll let you know next week, " which I was told for months. I had to threaten to sue just to get them to install even one small portion of the project we agreed to, and when it was installed incorrectly they did not come back to fix it. Rude, unprofessional, essentially criminal.

This is the most incompetent company I have ever worked with. They will promise to deliver service and never show. Save your money and hire a legitimate company

Excellent. Pleasant and knowledgable person on the phone, the design of my logo (color and look) were on target. And the banner was installed in a timely manner!

Horrible customer service and poor office management and sales associate skills. Extremely rude on phone, and unresponsive at times as well as overall frustration with working with them and expensive. There was an issue with the install and they actually charged me to come back and fix it which ultimately took them only 5 minutes to remedy. On top of charging me, they wasted my time by saying they would be there by 11AM and didn't show up until 1PM and were even unapologetic for their tardiness! Would absolutely NOT recommend and I personally will NEVER use them again!

Luckily for me (and my company), we contacted Mr. Sign and their prices were way more affordable. I worked with Anika, and she was very kind and quick to get me taken care of. She made the process very easy. What made me even happier was when there was a small error in how the lines met up (it happens!), they were very quick to fix the very small error. I will without a doubt return for future business and I definitely recommend them!

I reached out to many company's for a new storefront sign, i was prepared to spend good money but finding a good provider was very hard. Mr Sign was the only company that provided a well designed and rendering that really helped me to see what i can expect. We worked on a design for a while and there was no fee for that which is a plus. Once i settled on design, the installation was done on time and in one day. I just called them to get a quote for some potential business for them. Their receptionist answered full of attitude. cutting my sentences off and just not the voice you want to hear when you are potentially about to spend a few thousand dollars at the their business. I asked her. "Is there someone else I can speak to that may be a bit friendlier than you?". she replied. WHAT?!?!?. Yeah, um. you've lost this potential business! Hopefully they will remove you from their phones so the business to continue to grow. otherwise you can potentially make them go bankrupt chasing all of their customers away. Sorry. :-

Quality work and great customer service, I've used them a lot in the last few years and always had great experience working with them. They went out of their way to make I got what I wanted.
