Absolutely terrible company. I have all emails as proof. Called, put a 500$ deposit down, told the guy what I wanted. Stripes, dual tone, bullet points, vibrant colors etc. this was for a box truck. Thinking they are creative graphic designers I would have some type of good proof from them to start out as. Told me 2 days on the proof. Weeks went by no proof.
When I finally get them to send me a proof it's litterally a plain red truck with my logo copy and pasted on the side. No creativity what so ever. Waitin weeks for it. So I say that's just not going to work then ME myself get on a paint application and make the proof MYSELF. send it to them. They re make it so it fits on my truck. Just was curious they are "graphic designers" with no creativity.
Even when they finally got my truck to drop it off said 2 days ends up there 5 days. I come to pick it up on the proof my front was wrapped, I show up it's not wrapped! Only 3 out the 4 sides of my box is wrapped. I go in like what is going on? And they ask to keep it even longer to get it done smh. Finally they get it done. This project is going on 2 months time at this point.
They call say it's done. I send 2 employees out to pick it up. Seen it the next day was rainy out thought it looked good. Next day is sunny and now I notice over 12 bubbles, even some PEELING going on! Pictures are attached. Tell them I want some money back and fixed. He says they can take it to fix when no I need money back each day that truck isn't on the road costs me money.
And not to mention these guys take days and days and days to email back. Terrible local company and I love local only use local. DO NOT USE. Many more pictures as well. This is less than 48hours after the wrap

Spent $700 for a deposit I no longer needed. I called 3 different times to get my refund and have gotten the run around each time. 1st time they said they'll call me back in 1-2 days so I waited a week and received no call. I called back and no one answered so I waited a few more days. I then called again and an employee answered but basically told me he couldn't help me and told me a should leave a voicemail for a different employee who wasn't in the office. I left a message with the employee on the phone and still haven't heard back from this company to resolve the issue.

I cannot recommend Off Contact enough. If you have anything graphic or printing related that you need done they are the ones for you. They take care of business quickly without sacrificing even the tiniest bit of quality. They have helped my business immensely by taking care of the jobs that I'm not so great at. This removes the stress and pressure from my workflow allowing me to do what I do best at the highest level possible. Thank you!

James and his team in Toledo were super easy to work with! They even provided catered to my shop in northeast IN. They provide fast friendly sales of signs and vinyl, along with installation and service. I will continue to use Off Contact Production for my business sign and vinyl needs, and recommend them to my family, friends, and fans!

I tried as a business owner to develop a sign for my business. Not knowing the world of signs, I enlisted this company's help. I had to routinely badger them to reply to my messages and emails. Needless to say, I have switched to another company to make my signs for my business as this company just didn't appear to want my money. Not sure why. Don't work with Zach here.
