My phone call was never returned, never got a quote and when I tried following up, I got hunted up on. After writing a review in google, they want to call after I chose to take my business else where. Then I get this today. Wow! Chose to ignore the calls and messages since I was not an important customer to them and now he shows me how unprofessional he truly is.

Premier signs made the 3D badge for Tampa police and I wanted to get the same made for the fire department. Greg and Okey were outstanding! they knew exactly what wanted and boy did they deliver. The sign is actually textured and hand-painted by an artist with quality paints. the sign is beautiful and should last decades. they even gave me some extra paint in case I need to do touch-ups. If you're looking to have a custom sign made, this is the place.

The most deplorable and frustrating experience I have ever had! I came in with a simple skateboard that I wanted wrapped for my girlfriend. Keep in mind that I already had a custom design on the bottom of the board. I created a collage to be put on the top. After dropping it off, I recieved a call approximately 2 hours later saying they were done. Considering I was at work, I couldn't pick it up util later that day.
When I arrived the board looked horrendous. The wrap went over the corners and there wasn't a straight line to be seen. Towards the lip of the board there was a chunk missing. I wasn't happy and asked for them to see if they could fix it. The second time around, the edges were better but there was debris and bubbles all over. The final straw was when I saw the bottom of the board.
The custom design that I waited 2 weeks and paid 70 dollars for was scratched beyond belief. This brand new board(still wrapped in plastic) that I entrusted to premier signs and Rick has been completely destroyed. Not only did they ruin the board but also my girlfriend's birthday gift. Now I'm out 70 dollars and 3 weeks of my time. Thanks for ruining what was supposed to be my girlfriend's favorite gift.
