These folks are outstanding! They did the design and installation for the signage on windows for my law firm at a very reasonable price. James was exceptionally responsive and worked with the constraints of my calendar as I was opening my new office. His attention to detail is second to none, and the follow-up to make sure it was what I wanted was impressive. No need to look elsewhere for signage in this area!

I try to order sign for my trailer they said they can't do nothing big because it Flys of I see other sign on trailer that's big an it didn't fly off so if I could give a negative star I would the will not have my service at all the can put there sign were the sun do shine

These are are ON POINT every time! We have ordered items several different times and they are always thorough with the details and getting the proof correct. They normally get it out on time, sometimes sooner than requested. My go to company for signage and labels.

Fast and high quality signs. Most everything can be custom if needed. Fast two day turnaround times. Free proofs. I don't just say this cause I work there. I say it because it is true.

I couldn't be happier with the vinyl decals on the entrance to my office! James Eaton has been very responsive, super timely, incredibly knowledgeable, and he exceeded my expectations in every way.he's a real class act. I would highly recommend them!

If I could give a negative stars I would. I ordered signs from Safehouse Signs Inc. on the 18th I spoke to a Sr. Sales Representative requesting that I needed the signs by Friday the 19th. However she said that she could get them to us by the 23rd I told her that was the latest I could get them. Then When I called on Friday to get an ETA she told me that not only could they not get them to me by the 23rd but the date changed to the 25th.

After being put on hold for a long period of time with out the Rep asking me if I would like to be put on hold. Finally getting back to me not only did she tell me that my order arrival time had changed but the cost of my shipping had changed as well. Then I spoke to the Manger / Co-Owner Carrie and she was rude and told me that there was nothing she could do but charge me more to get my product here on time.

A additional charge of $74.72 to $104.40 for shipping would be charged to my credit card. Carrie was willing to refund me my money and told me I was going to have to pay $28.50 to have the product returned. I told her that I was not ok with that because they did not honor their original time frame. She then put me on hold for a longer time, she then spoke over me on the phone. This company does not have good customer service. I will not be recommending them to anyone and will not do any further work with them in the future.
