The owner of Shelton Sign Company (Derek Shelton) started working in the sign business in 1984 for a local sign company. He co-oped from high school for 2 years part time. Loving the business, he worked full-time for the next 8 years. When the local sign company decided to down-size, Derek and his wife Pam decided to take a chance. And so with a pickup truck, a computer and plotter he started Shelton Sign Company in 1994. Shelton Sign Company Inc. now has grown to a full-service sign company with all the equipment needed to take care of any customers needs.
