I brought in a hood decal and called them to help me install it. They said bring it in to give you a price to get it done, sit down people, his price was $800 to do the job. me. whaaaaaaaaaat? I left and looked up in YouTube how to get it done and came out good.

Signarama did an amazing job with my signs. I have both an exterior and interior sign and they look absolutely beautiful. We get so many compliments. I am very happy with the work.

Signorama, Matthew installed our Lajawab sign, we paid $15,000. He charged $627 to take down the sign which was already taken down by the previous owners. The coLor was not matching with the branding. When lit up it was as purple instead of chocolate. Instead of fixing the problem he sent a debt collections notice with his lawyer. We notified the lawyer that it was an error on his end due to the incorrect color that needed to be fixed. The lawyer then ran away and next thing we saw, he trespassed the property and stole the sign. So beware and do not use this company. Ashley P

I do a lot of corporate co-branding so design and timely production are pretty important. You can go to other local sign shops, but the problem with them is they're not designers, there's an art and a skill behind good design and well-crafted materials. I always find that here. But onto today, and the reason for my review. I have a marketer who talks in pings or likes and tiffs who I barely understand most of the time but reasonably appreciate as a human being. Matt and Jay saved me from having to fire her today when they agreed to put in some overtime to handle an absurd corporate crisis her work had me tangled in.** **She taught me to do that, put an emoji after a harsh statement. Siad it has an emotionally calming effect to a reader's initial response. Anyway, maybe I'll post pics of the work.maybe even before and afters for some dramatic flair, when it's all said and done. Que sera sera.

I like to do business with people that come through with that magic combination of "yes, i can" and "yes, I will". Let these guys handle your creations. You won't be dissapointed. (Unless you don't know how electricity works. If that's the case, just ask, these guys will take the time to listen to you. I know this for a fact since my mile a minute marketer told me herself how nice they were.)

Reliable, friendly service. Always have gotten our time sensitive work without delay. Corrected a file which did not print properly without any argument. We feel we can depend on them to print our work accurately and on time.

Beware of the quote you receive from this company if you are getting a sign from them. There are a lot of expenses buried in a small note. My sign ended up costing over $1000 more than I anticipated. Additionally, I ordered an illuminated sign and they put up the sign, charged me and considered the job complete. It was only after a neighbor mentioned to me that my sign wasn't lighting up (I'm not at the store after dark) that I reached out to Matthew at Sign-A-Rama who informed me it was in the quote that I need to contact an electrician who who would bill me separately.

In looking back at the quote, in that same note, it did say final hook-up by others, so I am calling an electrician to finish the job. No follow up from Sign-A-Rama to facilitate completion of the sign. Make sure to read the quote thoroughly when you receive it and then again 3 months later when they install the sign because they do not seem to be in the business of customer service and will not facilitate seeing the job through to completion. I have learned a lot from other business owners around me that are getting their signs elsewhere, and I would not do business with this company again.

Not a happy customer. Visited the store and ask for a sign to be made. Advised them we had concerns regarding the colors, but gave them a reference point of what the colors should be close to. Received the sign and the colors were WAY off. After two visits to the location, both times we were told NO, we will not correct the issue or even give a discount on a reprint.
