Sign-A-Rama

Maybe it was the Pandemic, maybe not, but I hate to burst the "5 star bubble". I am one that received very poor communication about our sign. It was like designed, "set and forget".as soon as I wanted to make some tweaks I was dissed. Kept coming back for the same poor service. Finally, gave up after being lied to one two many times. Went to another company, and could immediately tell difference.

Thank you so much to the great guys at signarama! They were willing to work with a third party Vinyl wrap I bought for my boyfriends new truck! I can't thank them enough for their fantastic customer service! THANK YOU! :D

I recently ordered stickers for student planners, and WOW! They were great quality, easy to peel off and looked awesome. Thank you to the Signarama team for making our planners feel a little more like us! We love them.

My Experience with Signarama was wonderful. I dealt with Daniel by phone, email and in person. His customer service skills are top notch. When I need signs in the future, Signarama has my business.

I had my logo and a banner picture put on my van . They did a wonderful job with the install. The real reason for my review however is because I really felt like they wanted my business. I went to 3 different places trying to get an estimate or a commitment to do the job including from a place I had gone before. No one ever followed through on even giving me an estimate.

I understand everyone is busy this summer but when you tell me you can and will do something I hope for it to be done. Signarama didn't disappoint in that regard. I give them extra kudos because at the time I was looking for the job to be done they're main installer was moving out of state and they were hiring someone new. In the face of those changes they still committed and followed through. I'm very happy today with the results.

I am a very happy client, they have earned my business and I will be a loyal client. They did an amazing job on my truck. I came so they can decal my trailer and it was beyond expectation. I will use them again.

Aaron and his team are freaking amazing! I work for a museum and am sending them files all the time for our new exhibits and general signage. He's great at problem-solving and helping us figure out what materials and sizes would be best for our needs and budget. Even with crazy deadlines, they're always able to pull it off. This fall, after the wildfires, the museum wanted to put together a public display of some of the graphic designs that emerged from the disastrous events.

I approached Signarama about the possibility of sponsoring the project and without hesitation, they agreed. Not only are they great at what they do, but they're amazing community partners! You can't beat their amazing service and quality work. They're true professionals and we're lucky to have them as a part of our SR business community.

I own Redwood Empire Restoration and had my first van lettered with Sign A Rama back in 2004 now that van is retired my new van needed their touch once again to make my company stand out. The experience was positive and the work was fantastic. I tipped the installer!

Great quality and excellent service. We had a last minute project that had to be done after our graphic designer failed at completing the task. I met the owner, Aaron, through my property management business. I learned we had several mutual friendships and business contacts. (This was during winter rainy season). I mentioned to Aaron that I was looking to get logos put on my Tahoe once we had some nicer weather. He took a look at my vehicle and knew exactly what I needed and gave me a very reasonable estimate on the spot.

He asked me to simply email him the logos when I was ready. So I finally did. He promptly replied with some proofs for me to review. After approving the proposed artwork, Bonnie emailed me to let me know my graphics were ready. I scheduled for the following week. I only did window decals, so I was in and out (relatively). I waited in the lobby and felt like I only waited about half hour.

Just enough time to get caught up on my emails and hang out on Facebook. The overall experienced was handled professionally and promptly. I recommend the Signarama Team and look forward to ordering more promo materials later this year. - Chris

The best place in Santa Rosa to get a sign made! Quality, service and on time every time. This is my eight year ordering signs and the service all around from start to finish it FANTASTIC! I tried other places but quality, service, attention to detail and before or on time delivery can't be beat. Strongly recommended!

Aaron and everyone at signarama is great. Have gotten a few pop signs and a step and repeat made by these guys and it always turns out fantastic, fast, easy to deal with and great quality products!

Aaron and his crew at Signarama are awesome. In my business, we always need things fast and although I hate asking, the crew always goes above and beyond to get our jobs done as quick as possible with the highest level of quality. I am pleased how the vehicle graphics turned out on my van. Ulises was very helpful. He came out and explained the different type of materials and the pros and cons of our original design. The feedback and changes they made in-house really helped create an effective visual design. It took a while from deposit to installation but the end product looks great.

I met Aaron, the owner of the Santa Rosa shop, through the local Chamber of Commerce a couple of years ago. Since then, Signarama has been a huge part of our organization and our marketing efforts. They have created several pieces for us, including a step-and-repeat backdrop, a pop-up sign, several banners, tees signs for our golf tournament, stickers to give out at other events, signage for our vehicles and signage for our office.

I was working with a friend in the Santa Rosa area, that needed some print work done, and I needed someone to get it printed up locally for him due to his timeline. The guys in Signarama Santa Rosa were easy to work with, and happy to accommodate my needs, and get a quality finished product to my buddy. He loved the results, which is all that matters!

Signarama Santa Rosa is a great company to work with. I am a General Building Contractor and have used them many times. Logo on my truck, the signs I had made to post on jobs, stickers, ADA signage. Everything I have asked for they have made extremely well and provided excellent service. I recommend them highly.

I first heard of Signarama through my relationship with Rotary. They gave their time and materials to each large charity function that they club hosted. Sometimes you get what you pay for, and free is not always great.but this was not the case. The quality and the commitment from Aaron and his team was incredible. As a local business owner in the Santa Rosa marketplace, I have used Signarama for multiple professional services from Banners, Graphics, Signage, Pop Ups, to Stands, lettering, and multiple custom jobs.

This team is an absolute TOP NOTCH signage company who truly stands out in a cluttered environment. I have recommended Signarama of Santa Rosa to over 35+ of my clients in just the past year.

They bid the job (to install a window decal) then sent only one person to do the job -- who ruined the decal. Company admitted they should have sent two people. They then set and canceled several appointments to fix the installation. This process has taken weeks. Apparently mistaking excuses for service, the company rep explained what a good deal we're getting b/c they're not charging us for fixing their screw up.

Of course, we've paid for the ruined decal twice.and still Sign-a-rama has yet to fix the problem after several weeks. They may be nice people, but they're clearly not an efficient and competent organization.

This is how much I love this place: I haven't even received my banner, and I'm already giving them five stars. And I know - it's crazy. It might be illegal! But I've not encountered customer service like this since I ordered t-shirts online from customink.com. I brought in a rush order - way beyond the cut-off date - and they accomodated me. Gladly.

They were so knowledgeable. Their prices are GREAT. The whole process was simple and - dare I say - enjoyable. I almost want to organize another event just so that I can order another banner. Maybe I'll just bake them cookies, instead.
