Sign Connection's did a wonderful job on our sign at First Baptist Church of Springboro, OH. What a difference to have a sign on the church that lights up and can be seen from highway 75. Stop by to see it!

Overall- Super dissatisfied. 1. Sign wasn't ready when explained it would be 2. When they said it was ready- I came and viewed it and it had paint issues that needed fixed. 3. I dealt with 3 people and never knew who to talk to and was shuffled around 4. We installed our own sign because they asked if we wanted too. They told us we did it wrong even though we asked SPECIFICALLY how to install.

All we were told was to use "L" brackets. Why wouldn't they tell us how to properly install it so it lasts and looks good for both businesses!?! 5. They came out to fix the paint that started peeling off sign after just 5 months. Told us it was our fault because we installed it wrong. Again, we asked how to install it. If there's a certain and proper way, they didn't specify that or we would've done it.

We want the sign to look good and last! 6. The guy that came to fix signs cracking paint was short, rude and condenscending. Told me I shouldn't have mulch there either. Well GREAT. I WON'T, but we didn't know that because we received no installation guidelines whatsoever. I walked away from him because he was SO unpleasant! I will NEVER purchase a sign here or suggest that anyone I know should.

The entire experience was lacking in good communication, customer service and friendliness. I prefer to work WITH a place where we both win, look good and support one another. I didn't get that here. Stan the Handyman's Assistant (wife)

Needed a few sign panels for my business. Last place made some (a local franchise) a while back, that were NOT quite right. Jane and her team did a GREAT job for me! Perfect color, size and very nice looking in every way!

I ordered a sign payed for it didn't receive what I payed for they never came to my location site To see what's needed to be used for the job 2 months later gave me a overcharged banner and said to me that's my fought that I didn't know that the canopy was or wasn't Vinyl my job is doing hair not doing signs which delayed me opened cause I'm thinking they could Expedite the job really that's what I payed them to do there job Am I'm wrong to request my money back and she left a review on my business for there lack not finishing the job nor did they try to acknowledge or correct putting letters on a simple canopy

Sign connection completed a car wrap for one of my customers. And even though the customer changed their mind many times on the design Sign Connection was so professional and just went with it. They got a finished product that the customer loved. I would recommend them to anybody.
