Shop around. Very disappointed. Was quoted almost $800 for fourteen 5x7 stickers for one of our jobs. I reached out to Southern Oregon Signs for a quote to compare to which came back at only $65 with same day turn around. I asked if it would be cheaper to do two stickers on a sheet and they said yes it'd knock the price in half. Still almost $400 vs $65?

Quality production at affordable pricing. We have used this service a number of times and are very pleased with the results. The only thing that could be improved is getting responses by phone or email during the production process. They did not always contact me back. And they are very busy. We will use them again when are needs arize.

I started working with The Sign Dude last year and it has been a great experience, they are very friendly and have done a great job with all my business needs from logo design to decalling my truck and trailer and even yard signs, I highly recomend them.

What was supposed to be only print & install, turned into continuous unauthorized changes, charges and "losing files". When working with a "team" there, they only seemed scattered and clueless & I honestly don't know what job title the girl we worked with held since she often said "that's not my job". Simply put we were treated as if they were hoping we were clueless and they could mold us into a bigger payout with excuses and confusion (Especially since we were using a gift certificate).

Even when we made it clear once more with new files and that we only needed them to print them, they didn't stop the pressing of it not being correct without their influence & continued to suprise us with random fees for things usually offered free in the industry. ( a proof they stated was complimentary, even when we supplied our own, and fees for transfer tape that should come with the vinyl stickers.) I am extremely disappointed at the outcome of their services and will not continue to use them or recommend them.

I work for Tree Top Inc. in Medford, Sign Dude made a life sized cardboard cutout for us to remind our staff to wash their hands! It was a big hit! It has been effective and keeps employee moral up. Thanks Sign Dude!

Made the mistake of not going here, for my first few signs. Went to a competitor, just down the road because someone said the owner was nice. That place was a joke and the owner was horrible. On the other hand, this place was way better set up, professional and the product quality blew me away in comparison. I will be taking all my business for signs here, from now on, and recommend anyone else do the same.

Over a month ago I went into sign dude to have a decal made for my truck window. The lady said she would call me within the week and send me proofs to my email. After about two weeks this never happened. So I went back in there to find out what is going on. I talked to a lady on the lead team and she took my name and said she would look into it and get back with me or have somebody get back with me. So after going on about three weeks now from talking to the second lady I still haven't heard anything. I went ahead and called and canceled the order.

I love the easy location. Nice entry. I have known Curt Evans for over twenty years, and you can be sure this is a top notch place with his excellent A PLUS work. I have heard others that love their experience with this place.

I've used this company many times over many years in a variety of different capacities. Recently I went out of my way to reward them with my business because of the satisfactory past. I had them design and install a full sign wrap on a 2017 Ford Transit 150 Van. I think the design work was excellent and I've since learned that the installation and the $4,000 price were average at best.

The real issue was the thoughtlessness of Lance Carroll who handled my project from start to finish. He didn't acknowledge, confirm, and inform throughout the four day project causing me to miss other scheduled appointments and waste a significant amount of my time. I recommend that you use this company, just don't expect timelines, common courtesies, or even regret when they miss their deadlines.at least not from Lance Carroll.

I spoke with Ethan about signage for my windows. He seemed very happy to help me out. We also arranged to design a logo for my business. The logo looks great! After I paid for it, I never heard from Ethan again. I never got the windows done. Two phone calls, 1 email, and 3 weeks later, I'm taking my new logo and my business elsewhere. I'm giving 2 stars because the work that was done looks great. Wish I could say the same for the customer service.
