We provide out-of-home appraisal and consulting services for Sign Owners, Banks and Attorneys. Based on almost 30 years of experience, we have developed a high level of expertise with special use properties known as out-of-home advertising (or billboards).

SignValue offers out-of-home advertising (billboard) asset appraisals to Sign Owners and their financial institutions (banks). We tailor each project to the client's needs and objectives with attention to detail and accuracy by offering both Restricted and Complete Appraisals.

When an individual or a business becomes a client of SignValue, we become their Exclusive Lease Representative. We negotiate the principal terms of the lease, including rate, term, percentage rents, signing bonuses, options, clauses, etc.

SignValue provides Lease Management services for landowners. We analyze and manage the lease agreement(s) to generate more income for our clients. We ensure timely rent payments, receivable management, percentage rent audits and other lease administration services. We monitor deadlines, communicate with our clients and notify billboard company tenants of our client's intentions.

Billboards on a property can add a level of complexity to a traditional real estate appraisal assignment. The Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) require appraisers to obtain competency in a property type before producing an appraisal report. Our Certified Appraisers and Consultants will assist other appraisers to develop the competency they require.
