These people are awful. They don't have Photoshop, and can't open PSD files reliably. I'm pretty sure I recall correctly that the software they use is Corel. They ask for PDF or GIF formats, and one or two others I don't recall.. I asked how many dpi they needed for a 8'x3' full-color sign. They told me at least 300. So, I created these enormous files, dealt with saves that took minutes, etc.

First they couldn't even access the USB drive I brought them. Once they got that to work, their PC could not open the files. They told me exactly how large the files should be - but their computer could not even open them because they were so large, and their PC so old. The resulting sign shows a lot of pixelation. Not only would the sign have benefited from the 300 dpi files that they asked for and I gave them, it looks like they did some scaling anyway, for some reason, obviously without using good Photoshop filters for good image resizing.

White pixels have appeared between neighboring colors between which there are no white pixels in the original image. We also bought 2 signs for a lit sign board. These were delivered late, and were not printed on translucent material. I'll be happy to show you their work, and tell you the full tale of their incompetence and dishonesty. Feel free to email me at toddg33 @yahoo.com if you're considering doing business with these people.

Gorgeous storefront.probably one the nicest I've seen around this area. I called Signergy because a local business wanted me to design a banner and some marketing material with a 2 day deadline. Signergy's site was down at the time that I visited it so I called their 800 number to inquire about pricing. No one was available to take my call so I left a message.

I didn't get a call back. It was very unfortunate because I wanted this to be the printing company that I go to when I needed print work.luckily, there's a few other print companies in the area that actually acknowledge potential clients' inquiries.
