I ordered stickers to go on the real estate signs on 11/08, and was told I would get them back on the following Monday. I called last week and was told they somehow got overlooked, but would be done right away. I still didn't hear anything. I tried calling them today, but no one answered and there was no answering machine. I went to see if I could get my purchase.
I was told that many of the people they do work for are $10,000 purchases, and those pay the bills. He said they were very busy. He did offer to finish them today, but at this time I was very put off by the rude attitude about the amount of my offer. I should have been told, when I put in my order that they were unwilling to do a small order since it didn't "pay the bills".

Very impressive! I ordered some signs on Tuesday. Jerry had the proofs to me in the afternoon. I called the next morning and added to the order, expecting it to add another day. I was very pleasantly surprised when I went to pickup my 1st order. They had completed my additional sign, so everything was ready at the same time. Great customer service.
