Typical company that over promises and under delivers. Before I signed the contract and sent in the deposit, Eric was extremely nice and told me he would take care of everything. After I gave him the deposit he gave me excuse after excuse on why he couldnt do what was promised. When I finally got my sign that I ordered (he was supposed to order it) and I called him to come and install it he told me he was too busy and that I wasnt his only customer.
Before I gave him the deposit he told me he would be at my site the same day the sign came. Here is the best part, when he finally said he would come and install the sign after two weeks of it sitting in the middle of my store he told me he didnt care what was on the contract and wanted me to pay him all the money before he installed the sign. If not, he wouldnt come and would keep my deposit. I have attached the text messages between us.
