This company is unresponsive and unprofessional to work with. I reached out via email numerous times and they would ignore me. Finally I got through to the the VP of sales and explained that as a business owner I would prefer to know and then deal directly with customer service issues. He then chose to not have a customer. I went elsewhere with my business and got beautiful signage and great service.

In this economy, I can't afford to let business walk away but I suppose these people can do so. I am in the customer service industry and deal with people all day long. I am not difficult. I just asked for signage and in return I wanted to pay for that. And promptly. If you are looking for signage, would not take your business here. Quite frankly I am astonished at the high rating. Maybe the signs they have done are for people who have a year or two as their deadline, but I needed mine in weeks, not years.

We had a couple of signs installed by Hightech Signs DFW and to say that we are pleased is an understatement. John Custer came out and visited with us to understand exactly what we were wanting. Afterwards, John followed up with a visual as to what the sign would look like and it was exactly what we were looking for. I could only get other sign companies to call me back but not visit us to discuss what we wanted.

Since we were wanting something pretty basic, Hightech Signs DFW was a fraction of the cost of their competitors but let me assure you that craftsmanship did not take a back seat. Their installation crew was courteous and extremely professional. Going with any other sign company to meet your visual needs would only be a disservice to yourself. I highly recommend them and will be going back to them again for all my signage needs!

Murphy did a great job putting my dot letters on my truck in a timely manner. If there's anything else I need to get done I will be using them again.

Hightech Signs is an extremely professional company. They are a true representation of high-quality work and excellent customer service. I worked with Pascual on this project, and he helped me to add a personal touch to a photo album that I wanted to give to family members as a Christmas gift. He offered excellent advice on placement of the customized nameplate to enhance the beauty and sentiment of my photo album.

Ordered emergency signs at 3 in the afternoon and they stayed until 7:30 PM to finish the job!
