The primary objective of this position will be to generate sales revenue and sales leads in a small but established graphic design and sign manufacturing organization within a predetermined area of operation. This position will generate sales through prospecting, cold calling, and adding new commercial customers, assisting in the execution of the organizations marketing plan, and building long term relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:

Present and sell company products and services to potential clients.
Generate leads through referral and cold calling, and conduct all follow up to ensure a successful sales campaign.
Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and project the number of contacts.
Create customer profiles.
Assist in the development and analysis of sales benchmarks.
Assist in the development of sales material and current product mix.
Identify and resolve client concerns and needs.
Manage account services through quality checks and follow up.
Prepare a variety of status reports for the Director of Business Operations to include activity, follow up, closings, and compliance with metrics.
Communicate new product and service opportunities to the appropriate staff.
Develop and implement special sales events to further promote product mix.
Other duties as assigned.

Additional Responsibilities:

Design, manage, and participate in community marketing events to include seminars, event sponsorship, and trade shows.
Coordinate the delivery and installation of products.
Provide training for additional sales employees.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate

3+ years in sign industry sales with a proven and verifiable track record of increasing performance and revenue generation.
Possess the ability to assess customer needs and cater presentation to that need.
Have a proven ability to develop and deliver presentations.
Self starter, dependable, and results oriented.
Proven ability to communicate exceptionally both orally and in writing.
Possess the ability to build and maintain interpersonal client relationships.
Strong computer, analytical, and problem solving skills.
