Art Director
 Art Director for both the Design and Vinyl Production departments. Scheduled all vinyl production projects to be cut, weeded and applied to substrates. Responsible for procurement of all supplies, staying within budget for all orders and insured the company was kept up to date on new materials within the industry. Met with clients to go over drawings for approval. Attended weekly production meeting with management and the sales department to go over job scheduling, provide leads of new business generation and created scaled conceptual sales drawings for sign fabrication. Assisted with the vinyl installs on store frontage and windows.

Designer
 Created original conceptual sales drawings for sign manufacturing. Responsible for estimating and working with sales staff to develop design ideas to fit the client’s budget as well as work within agreed-upon deadlines and managed designs from concept to production for art fabrication.

3/1994 – 2/2000 Instant Sign Solutions Charlotte, NC
Production Manager
 Responsibilities included design and fabrication of signs, electronic file management, job scheduling, estimates and quotes. Maintained material stock inventory and employee training. Introduced to company and customers the production and creation of heat transfers for t-shirts and hats for options on advertising.

 Responsibilities included separating color designs, developing negatives and positives from artwork and burning screens to handprint garments. Also mixed ink and performed screen printing with Automatic Advanced eight color press.
