I Ordered 1 window decal. Same day I called to change order - no answer. So I emailed the change. No reply back on if they could do the change, but when I received the order it was correct. Well, sort of. They sent 3 decals instead of 2 I ordered, but one was much larger and one of the correct

They were supposed to send me some batman decals. They did look anything like they should have. I tried many times to contact them. Still no response to my emails or calls.

Well I used to use reliable banner a lot. That is until I found out that they are going after other sign shops customers. They try to pretend that they are a sign supply company but the fact is they are a SIGN SHOP masquerading as a sign supply company. Their other Sign Shop is rbprints.com

We had them make our outdoor sign and after a month it fell. they did not come back to fix it. We had to get another sign company to come and charge us and fix it.
