Lewis Signs really came through and did a great job. We were having issues with our sign not lighting up and after multiple other sign shops would not even come out due to the location of the sign, our property manager let us know about Lewis Signs. Dennis, arrived on time and was able to resolve our issues. He went above and beyond explaining the process to me. He even went so far as to ask me to text him a picture of the sign working (at night) so he knew the job was done right. Lewis signs prices are fair and I received great customer service from everyone I got the privilege to talk to.

Went there to pick up some signs with my wife who works at transportation company in Austin. Everyone is always very nice and helpful when we go there, also respectful. Great People!

They made our signs back in 2017 but they are starting to dim. The other businesses in the area were done around the same time but theirs are still looking very good. The main issue is that when I called to see what can be done I was told that they would have to come and take a look at it which is understandable. They mentioned if it's under warranty it would still be covered but they wouldn't know if it's under warranty until they take a look at the products.
Except they would charge for the service call and at the minimum we would be charged for three hours. Each hour is $125! We feel as though they should know if it's under warranty without having to charge us the $375 to come take a look.
