This company was so helpful when I was stressed to far beyond what a business sign should be able to stress a person. Michelle and the other wonderful people who helped in getting my sign made and installed made it so easy for me and took me from a regretting my decision to try to start a business to finally getting to be a ray of sunshine I needed to get me through. I was to the point of giving up because of what all the others were going to charge me and the time it would take to get installed and they jumped in, gave me a great price, fabulous work and the best by far customer service I could have asked for. The whole team at Akers really went above and beyond to make THE perfect signs for my new store location. I really didn't know where to begin (didn't even have a design besides our logo) and they listened to what I ideas were and made them into reality. The sign had to meet 100 pgs worth of requirements from the developer, and they worked through every detail with not only me, but the developers/landlords, and my contractors.
All of this was out of my expertise and I placed complete trust in Akers with the project. I am THRILLED with how it turned out, and can't say enough good things about the whole experience. The whole team was timely in communicating (even when I wasn't!) and were transparent about quotes, proofs, and invoices. Thank you thank you! I know there will be more projects in the future.
