HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! They seem to be buddy-buddy with a long standing customer but if you're a new customer, just take your business somewhere else. They will need to check everything, your resale license, need to call the company, everything. Afterwards, they took a long time to check on your item. After they finally locate the item, you paid and then you have to go around their building and went to their warehouse to get the item.

I think buying a prescribe medication without a prescription at a pharmacy is easier than doing business with them lol. It's just a vinyl for god sake. For one roll of vinyl, I have to wait for almost an hour!

HORRIBLE customer service. Not only did I have to chase these people for a week to get responses and delivery on what I ordered, but they gave us the wrong product, and caused our job to be derailed and late- and they still have not refunded us for the product that we didn't want, nor provided a receipt when I asked for one. I've called and emailed multiple times a day for over a week. If I could give zero stars I would.

Signmart has all your industrial signage needs. We use their products on banners, vehicle wraps and plastic peices from the plasticmart division. Been going there 15 plus years. Staff is super friendly and very knowledgeable.

Wow i have been doing business for years. But when they refused to sell me the materials, even though i was paying cash needed to fill an order. i was shocked. Thank god for Mc Logan in Los Angeles. Yes it's true.

Very shady business practices. Took some graphics to be produced here, 1 month later, my customer was purchasing directly from them. I'll never buy from they again. They are wholesale until they see a large $$. They they sell direct.
