Proprietor was very patient with my explicit instructions (I've been diagnosed with Asperger's, so communication is sometimes a struggle). Rader's handled my request for a non-standard font, and arranged the engraving orientation & placement just as I wanted. I think the price was fair, and the turn-around was nearly immediate. Would definitely use this company again.

Rader's has made numerous pieces for the company I work for over the years. They've always proven to be friendly, helpful, reasonably priced, and have great turnaround time. And the quality is always excellent. We usually supply our own artwork, and the projects turn out exactly as planned, with no surprises (which is important!). Radar's ruined a family heirloom. We took a silver cup there to be engraved, and not only did they engrave the wrong dates, one of the names is barely engraved, the cup was returned misshapen, had broken off from the base, AND was chipped. Everything wrong that could happen, was wrong. Their response was "things chip" and while they tried to fix the wrong dates, they obviously don't look very good. I would never trust them with anything again!
