Ordered a sign for my boss, took weeks to get an invoice- the product was said to be complete before we got an invoice for it. when we picked up the product they said had already been completed. it looked like it had just come off the printer. Then the vinyl didn't set right so there are bubbles and scratches all over the bottom of the sign. I called to ask if we could remake the sign or if there was another solution. The customer service rep googled places nearby I could call instead. Will dispute the charges with AMEX

They have been a big help when it comes to me needing decals made for my organization Thumbs Up For A Cure Racing. Best customer service there is for handling this work. I prefer to use local Mom/pop type businesses for my work

They did a great job doing a graphic for my car. I loved it. Traded that car now looking for new design and I'm coming back with another idea. I got so many compliments on the last one and am very excited. I'm most definitely one of a kind and my car must represent.
