US Sign & Fabrication

Since 1992, US Sign and Fabrication has been manufacturing custom metal architectural sign letters, logos and dimensional graphics for the global sign industry. Over these years, we have become recognized for producing the best crafted fabricated and water jet cut metal products available. Our Trumbull, Connecticut facility employs 40 people and serves as our company headquarters, North American distribution center and manufacturing facility for larger fabrications, such as light boxes, push-through cabinets and larger fabrications.

We specialize in fabricated reverse channel construction using premium metals; stainless steel, brass, copper, titanium clad stainless steel or, by special request, aluminum. Superior craftsmanship and attention to detail, combined with our proprietary technology, makes our reverse channel products the finest in the industry.

Our fabrication capability goes beyond the ordinary. Letter and logo forms that are specified with prismatic faces are possible without the time and cost involved with the traditional casting process. Our fabrication process takes just weeks and does not require mold costs. The advantage to you is a product that is true to design, lighter in weight and more cost effective.

Our advanced technology enables us to cut a wide array of materials quickly and cleanly including metal, glass, stone, marble, and composites. To complement our proprietary metal fabrication capabilities, we offer the latest in abrasive water-jet cutting technology. Our advanced system generates 55,000 psi of pressurized water mixed with cutting abrasives.
