I had some issues with being charged and not receiving a design logo for well over a month. Tim reached out to me after leaving a negative review and apologized for dropping the ball. He will be issuing me a refund since I've now taken my business else where. Id give him a try again in the future but would want to be clear on the expectations. Sorry it didn't work out, best of luck in the future.

Fantastic service, lettering was drawn up to my exact specs and installed without having to pull the yacht out of the water. Been in the elements for approximately 6 months now and look as good as the day they were applied. Great work and highly recommended!
