I've been a customer for a very very long time. Everyone has always been amazingly helpful. Just the other day, I stopped by to get a slider sign. I don't recall the guys name. But he said, go to our retail store. It's a lot cheaper to get an already made sign there. He didn't remember me from being there before. He was just trying to help me out. Another time, I had a custom sign made and had to do most of it over the phone (not coming with with a drawing).

It was fine. I cooperate with them and they help me get what I need. I see a lady gave them 1 star. I'm sorry that happened to her. She would have been better off coming into the store and getting their help. That's what I do and it that is probably why I'm perfectly satisfied with the quality and service of AAA Banner Signs on "Hard to find a parking space "National Blvd.:) My name is Carole

I was recently on the phone trying to make business with one of your customer representatives in getting price quotes for across the street banners. He was very rude, didn't answer my questions and at the end treated me like a little kid. You should hire people who enjoy their job, that do not have an authoritative tone/demand and that have great customer skills. I was looking forward to possibly getting the banner or banners with you but will now go with an alternative because I did not have good service when I called.
